About Drifting
“Drifting (feat. Rosie)” is a 2024 Crimethinkers single. Shortly after the release of our 2022 debut effort “Time to Rise EP“, we were working on multiple projects when we accidentally lost sight of this track in the process. In early 2024, we rediscovered the demo and our enthusiasm for the project immediately reignited. With the recording of a new rap verse, the additional layers of chorus vocals and various tweaks made to the mix, we finally completed the song. “Drifting” is the first Crimethinkers release to feature guest vocals. UK-based singer-songwriter Rosie, whom we met on SoundCloud, embellishes the track with a gentle yet powerful performance. By inviting another artist on the song, we pushed the boundaries of our sound and expanded the world of Crimethinkers.
